Practice Manager

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

The Operations Manager manages the diary and rotas of both the partners and clinical staff.  They also support the Practice Manager in the general running of the practice.

Our reception staff are important members of the practice team and may ask you why you need seen in order to direct you to the most appropriate health professional and recieve the most appropriate care. 

They have a challenging job ensuring the practice runs efficiently and smoothly. Please be patient.

Secretaries

Secretaries provide a full confidential and effective service to GP's nurses and practice manager. Their role includes typing of all clinical reports and letters, electronic referrals, all prescription queries, liasing with hospitals for appointments/results and general enquires. They are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.


All our staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors.


Physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated under any circumstances towards any of the practice team and will lead to removal from the practice list.

Defamatory or abusive comments made on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google plus etc. will be taken very seriously by the practice and may also lead to removal from the practice list.

If you have a complaint or would like to discuss your care or the provision of our service please contact our Practice Manager and allow the practice the opportunity to address your complaint or concerns.  You can do this in writing, by phone or by email.
