Convenience doesn’t stop there and you can now access a number of services online. Ordering a repeat prescription. And if you’re not yet registered with us you can download the necessary forms here too.


The surgery is a single storey building with access via a ramp for disabled patients. The patient toilet is also suitable for wheelchair bound patients. Baby changing facilities are available in the patients toilet located at reception.

Please note that all calls are recorded for training and quality purposes.

New door opening time on Mondays

From 13th May the practice doors will not open until 8:55 am on a Monday.

This will not affect the number of appointments available.

Phone lines and online appointment booking will still be open from 8:30 am.
