The surgery is a single storey building with access via a ramp for disabled patients. The patient toilet is also suitable for wheelchair bound patients. Baby changing facilities are available in the patients toilet located at reception.

Please note that we are a training practice. Doctors training with us (registrars) are fully qualified medical practitioners who have a wide experience in hospitals and should be treated as your own doctor.
Occasionally we have medical students sitting in on consultations. Prior to such a consultation your permission will be sought. It is perfectly acceptable for you to object and see your doctor on your own. Some consultations may also be videoed for training purposes but this will only happen with the patient's written consent.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception.

Physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated under any circumstances towards any of the practice team and will lead to removal from the practice list.
Defamatory or abusive comments made about the practice on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google plus etc. will be taken very seriously by the practice and may also lead to removal from the practice list.
